ANOG-USA Press Release: "Invitation to Town Hall Meeting with the Hon. Minister of state Foreign affairs, Prof. (Mrs) Viola Onwuliri"

Dear ANOG Friends,
On the heels of the current events in Nigeria, the Honorable Minister of state for Foreign affairs, Prof. (Mrs) Viola Onwuliri has accepted the invitation to hold a Town Hall meeting in Atlanta, with Nigerians in Georgia. The Town Hall meeting is confirmed and scheduled as follows:
- Date: Tuesday January 17th, 2012
- Venue: The Chancery (Consulate General of Nigeria, Atlanta)
- Address: 8060 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA. 30350
- Time: 7:00PM Prompt
The honorable Minister will :
- Address Nigerians in Atlanta on the prevailing issues in Nigeria, particularly Boko Haram and deregulation of downstream oil-subsector.
- Respond to questions from the audience.
- Take suggestions from Nigerians in Diaspora for short-term and long-term solutions back home.
This is an opportunity to have a direct dialogue with representative of the Federal Government of Nigeria, put across our candid, constructive views, and more importantly, be part of the SOLUTION to problems that we are so concerned about.
